Julie Ragsdale has been a Certified Court Reporter for over 30 years. From 1979 to 1981 she worked for a local free-lance firm. In 1981 she went to work for the Honorable H. Michael Coburn of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, until 1988. She has been a free-lance reporter from 1989 to the present and formally established Ragsdale Court Reporting, L.L.C. She holds the designations of Certified Court Reporter (CCR) in the states of Missouri and Kansas, Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Registered Professional Reporter (RPR), Registered Merit Reporter (RMR), and has qualified in the National Court Reporting Association's Speed Contest at 280 words per minute in Q&A and 230 words per minute in literary material. She is a member of the Missouri Court Reporters Association and National Court Reporters Association. |
